MetGold Processing provides gold analysis, extraction, refining, and training services as described on our website. All services are subject to these terms and conditions.
2. Client Responsibilities

- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- Ensuring proper authorization for materials submitted
- Payment for services rendered
3. Pricing and Payment
Service prices are quoted based on current market conditions and may be subject to change. Payment terms will be specified in service agreements.
4. Liability
While we exercise utmost care in all processing activities, MetGold Processing's liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dar es Salaam.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
